    We are here for you.
Parents and  Friends of the Hearing Impaired helps provide information to early identification programs, referrals to audiologists and hearing aid dealers. We also provide funding for low income individuals toward the purchase or repair of hearing aids in Washington and Athens counties in Ohio, as well as Wood, Pleasants, Tyler, Ritchie, Wirt, Jackson, Roane and Calhoun counties in West Virginia.
We provide grants up to $500 toward the cost of new hearing aids for individuals with a monthly income of $2,750 or less.  Our preferred providers can usually provide at least one digital in-the-ear hearing aid for the $500 grant or apply the grant toward the cost of a set of hearing aids.
